Aipan is a type of Alpana or drawing or Rangoli, which is depicted by the residents of Uttarakhand region in their auspicious works. In the hilly areas of Uttarakhand, on the occasion of any festival or auspicious work, on the ground and on the wall, a figure made of rice (powdered rice), geru (natural red soil or red chalk), turmeric, barley, pithya (roli), which can be seen There is communication of positive energy in the mind and brain, and there is a feeling of invocation of positive powers, it is the traditional and mythological folk art of Uttarakhand. The history of Aipan art is eternal. It is believed that Aipan, the famous folk art form of Uttarakhand, has been going on since time immemorial. This art has a connection with tantra, mantra and spirituality.
