'Sharp and Hazy' denotes the view from two parts of a window. The left part is slightly hazy as the glass of the window shutter seems to be obstructing the view. The right side is absolutely clear as the shutter has been drawn to the left side. The scene appears to be a view from a high rise building looking down on a river passing through a city and the view of the city on the other side of the river. While the city on the other side of the river is extremely congested with tall buildings side by side, the river banks seem to be quite peaceful with a few fishermen on the banks with fishing nets and a few fishing boats at rest. The green river banks seem to be a good place to go for a walk !
Ideally paintings don't require much care as its a vertical surface, hence dust doesn't settle quite easily. You can gently dry dust the painting once in a month. You can also gently use a slightly damp cloth and dab it gently over the surface to capture the dust particles. You can do this once in 6 months.
