A visceral depiction of insatiable hunger with bold lines and symbolic imagery, evoking raw emotion.
The theme revolves around the destructive nature of consumption and greed. The imagery of a giant sandwich and humans as ingredients symbolizes a critique of consumerism, exploitation, and the insatiable hunger that drives it.
The painting uses an abstract, expressionist style with exaggerated forms and minimalistic details to emphasize the intense emotional message. The sketch-like technique highlights the rawness, giving the scene a sense of urgency and tension.
This painting would be suitable for a modern art gallery, a creative workspace, or a contemporary meeting room where it can provoke thought and discussion. It could also work in a personal space for art collectors interested in abstract expressionism.
The mood is unsettling, chaotic, and intense. There is a strong feeling of discomfort and urgency, conveying the darker aspects of human nature. The imagery evokes feelings of anxiety, disgust, and reflection.
The composition is dynamic and chaotic, with the central focus on the giant sandwich, and the hands framing it. The elements, such as the jar of people and the dripping blood, guide the viewer’s eye downward, reinforcing the sense of consumption and destruction.
The use of black and red dominates the color palette, creating a dramatic contrast. Black symbolizes darkness and void, while red conveys violence, greed, and urgency. The limited color scheme adds to the intensity and focus.

This is probably how it looks when demonic work pressure literally eats lives up. So let's name it "Hunger". Any one of us can be the victim of this monster. You can never tell who is on the verge of giving up. You can be misguided by the smile on the faces of its victims. When this monster captures us, it makes us feel unsuccessful, unworthy, inefficient and torments us by saying mean stuff inside our exhausted brain. It ruins every moment of our sweet achievements, takes away the happy proud faces of our dear ones and replaces it with self-doubt. Universe seems like a cage full of dead dreams. We lose control. We declare ourselves useless and finally let it savour us. I am not sure if there is actually any way to defeat it. People say, it needs courage and patience, and tolerance, and medita.... Well, its complicated. The bottonline is "Hunger" will never stop unless we stop feeding it.
Ideally paintings don't require much care as its a vertical surface, hence dust doesn't settle quite easily. You can gently dry dust the painting once in a month. You can also gently use a slightly damp cloth and dab it gently over the surface to capture the dust particles. You can do this once in 6 months.
Please do not use soap water, detergent, disinfectants or any chemicals over the painting as it might dissolve the colors.
